Faithe Dillman's Bio:
Faithe Dillman is an entertainment industry leader who has built her career on hard work, and global expertise. Whether gaining knowledge of the music business in her early college years or traveling internationally alongside successful recording artists, Faithe approaches her career with integrity and passion.
Born on the East Coast, Faithe spent her formative years in the heart of Middle America. Pairing her passion with her diligent work ethic, Faithe entered the entertainment industry accepting an internship position in the Recording Finance department at Universal Music Group at Interscope, Geffen, A&M Records upon her graduation from Azusa Pacific University. Soon after, Faithe was offered her first full time position as at Geffen Records as an executive studio assistant to Ron Fair, who at the time was serving as the Chairman of Geffen Records and has produced artists such as Christina Aguilera, The Black Eyed Peas, Fergie, Pussycat Dolls, and Mary J. Blige. With a foundation of knowledge of the inner-workings of the recording studio combined with her passion for the high-stakes entertainment industry would make her an integral asset to its marketing team.
Transitioning into the International Marketing Department at Interscope Records, Faithe climbed the ranks to become the youngest International Marketing Director at the company under Martin Kierszenbaum, President of Pop/Rock A&R and International Opportunities. She traveled to over 50 countries with internationally recognized artists like Lady Gaga, All American Rejects, 50 Cent, and Limp Bizkit, specializing in working with imprint labels such as Justin Timberlake’s Tennman Records, Akon’s KonLive, Timbaland’s Mosley Music Group and and Pharrell’s StarTrak.
Parting ways from UMG, Faithe joined Dave Stewart’s Weapon’s of Mass Entertainment as Vice President of Creative Services. There, she serviced their music management roster while utilizing a myriad of techniques, fostering the company’ marketing strategies by including brick & mortar retail, print publishing, film, TV and various other innovations including ABC’s hit sitcom “Malibu Country” starring Reba McEntire.
In 2010, Faithe Parker founded her own global multi-platform entertainment marketing firm, Marbaloo. She built the company on the same principles she had built her career on: diligence, results, loyalty, and excellence.
